Iron Alley Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Iron Alley and our flagship product, Iron Alloy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below is our simple return and refund policy:

1. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving Iron Alloy to request a return.

  • Eligibility:
    The product must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at ironalleyshop@gmail.com with your order number. Returns must be sent to the following address:
    104 Molesworth St., Lismore, New South Wales 2480.
    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method:
    If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, and we’ll make it right.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for Iron Alloy. If you would like a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
